With over 25 years of experience, Steve Perry has earned the respect of his clients and peers as a trusted expert in Silicon Valley real estate. Having lived through several boom and bust cycles, he is fascinated by market trends. He constantly analyzes the latest data to develop a deep understanding of current market conditions, enabling him to negotiate the best possible deal for his clients.

Steve specializes in residential real estate and has experience with new construction, investment properties, lots and land sales, short sales, probate, mixed use, and luxury estates. His background prior to real estate was in construction, giving him an edge in identifying potential red flags and recognizing quality work during inspections.

In 2006 Steve became a founding partner of Sereno Group, where he and his wife Christine have been a top producing team. Before that they worked at Coldwell Banker, where they were ranked in the top 1% of agents for 6 years running. Over the years, Steve and Christine have sold nearly 900 residential properties valued at more than $1 billion dollars in sales since 2016.

Yet with all his experience, Steve still carefully manages each transaction and takes care to provide a high level of service customized to each client’s needs. With his keen eye for detail, he anticipates and addresses issues that inevitably arise, making sure each transaction happens smoothly.

Steve is a member of the Downtown San Jose Rotary and has been active with Habitat for Humanity. He is an avid golfer, an all-around sports fan, and a devoted husband and father to his three children.

Christine Perry has a passion for real estate. She been recognized as a top agent in Silicon Valley’s residential real estate industry and has developed a stellar reputation among clients for her market savvy, personalized service, and creative vision. Christine began her career in 1993 as a mortgage broker, and four years later moved to residential real estate with her now-husband Steve. She ranked in Coldwell Banker’s top 1% for Northern California 5 years in a row, and in 2004 was recognized in the San Jose Business Journal as one of the “Bay Area’s Top 40 under 40.” In 2006 she became a partner in Sereno Group, where has continued to make her mark as a leader in her community as part of the Perry Group Real Estate team.

Christine believes that doing her job well means developing genuine relationships with her clients and the many professionals she relies on to carry out successful transactions. She takes the time to understand each clients’ unique needs so that she and partner Steve can customize their services accordingly as they guide clients through the buying or selling process. Their hard work and personalized approach have paid off, as the bulk of their business comes from loyal clients who refer their friends or return when it’s time to buy or sell another home.

In her personal time, Christine loves spending time with her family. Her son Michael is at Bellarmine College Preparatory and her daughter Mia will soon be a freshman at Los Gatos High School. She loves to hike, exercise, and share fine food and wine with friends. Christine is a member of the Bellarmine Mothers Guild and is in National Charity League – Heritage Oaks Chapter with her daughter.

Nancy started in Real Estate in 1991 as an assistant to a top agent in Santa Clara County. She later became her own agent specializing in residential real estate as well as being one of approximately ten REO (Real Estate Owned or Foreclosure) agents in Santa Clara County at that time.  She became one of the top agents that banks would call on to help determine value for homes as well as renovating, managing, marketing and selling them. She was the designated agent for top banks like GMAC, Bank of America and CitiBank to name a few. This experience has given her vast knowledge of the various Santa Clara County neighborhoods that run from Gilroy to Los Altos. The experience she obtained throughout all these years of handling properties throughout the entire County has enabled her to not be limited to one geographic area. It also provides her the opportunity to create relationships with agents throughout the entire County that to this date has been beneficial when her clients are looking to buy or sell. When buying, these agents know her work ethic and that her deals will close and are more likely to want to work with her clients. When selling, knowing the agent’s track record helps her to advise the Seller of the agents that will get the job done. She continues to keep her relationship with banks to this day.

She is proud to have closed sales of over $300 million and over 800 transactions in her career to date.  She was the top Listing and Selling Agent for her company several years running as well as the overall Top Producing Agent in 2009 out of over 1800 agents. Her dedication to her clients during any real estate transaction has ensured that past clients continue to call her for their real estate needs but are also willing to refer her over and over. Her main goal in any real estate transaction is to ensure that every detail is handled as if it were her own. She prides herself on the ability to negotiate any situation to a positive outcome for all parties involved.

Over the years her passion for homes and design has led her to designing, building, managing and decorating construction projects of remodels and new construction. In 2010 she decided to branch out and create an LLC with her husband to construct quality new homes in the Valley. It has also led her to the Perry Group in 2016 where she is able to pass on her overall experience to their clients. As an added bonus to The Perry Group clients, she personally stages the Perry Group listings at the request of a client.

She enjoys traveling with her husband and 4 sons, hosting her annual charity event and spending time at home with the family dogs.
